Our class Wiki is up. The students made power point slides to answer the questions they had about trees. They also wrote an original song about planting trees and a how to shared writing that we recorded and put into videos. The students also recorded a pod cast using their tree information. The address for the Wiki is

Presentation "To-Do" List
Some things to consider as we plan our presentations:
- Invitations - invitations should be sent to parents, administrators, other classes, community members, etc.
- Programs - Each class should be listed, as well as a link to where the finished products can be seen. I can help set those links up, if you like.
- Testing the equipment - For presentations we need projector, screen, microphone, speakers, and (if possible) wireless. For display kiosks, we need tables, headphones, display boards (optional), and power strips for the PC laptops. The equipment should be tested several days in advance.

IMovies
During our last session, we began compiling audio pieces and images of our endangered animals into IMovies. It was very exciting to see the work we have done throughout the semester come alive. We created IMovies by importing our audio recordings from Garage Band to ITunes. Then we imported the images we downloaded of our endangered animals into IMovies. After that we matched up the appropriate images to their corresponding sound bites. This week we will continue to create IMovies and correct the timing of our movies.
