- Invitations - invitations should be sent to parents, administrators, other classes, community members, etc.
- Programs - Each class should be listed, as well as a link to where the finished products can be seen. I can help set those links up, if you like.
- Testing the equipment - For presentations we need projector, screen, microphone, speakers, and (if possible) wireless. For display kiosks, we need tables, headphones, display boards (optional), and power strips for the PC laptops. The equipment should be tested several days in advance.
